Since the system update on November 3, 2025, all visitors are required to register and exchange a valid ID for a One-Day Visitor Card to enter the Library. Thank you for your cooperation. - 政大圖書館主要服務對象為本校教職員生，每日限額開放校外人士辦理換證入館閱覽。
The Library primarily serves NCCU faculty, staff, and students. A limited number of One-Day Visitor Cards are available daily to external visitors who register and exchange a valid photo ID at the service desk. - 凡年滿十八歲以上之校外人士（未帶政大證件之校內讀者視同校外人士）可持有效之身分證、大專以上學生證、駕照、有照片之健保卡或護照等申請「一日來賓證」入館。
Visitors aged 18 or older may obtain a One-Day Visitor Card by exchanging a valid ID, such as a National ID card, university student ID, driver's license, National Health Insurance Card (with photo), passport or resident certificate. NCCU members without a valid NCCU ID will be considered external visitors for admission. - 各館來賓證僅限各該館使用。
One-Day Visitor Cards are valid only at the issuing library. - 來賓證限當日閉館前歸還，不得攜帶食物、飲料及動物入館，並應遵守本館各項規定。
The One-Day Visitor Card must be returned by closing time on the day of issue. Food, beverages, and animals are not permitted. Visitors must comply with all rules and regulations of the Library. - 讀者資料僅供申請入館用，本館將定期清除，敬請安心填寫。
The personal data you provide will be used solely for library entry purposes and will be deleted from the system on a regular basis.
